The hotel is very good with all new facilities, spacious and clean rooms, and a big, comfortable bathroom. The hotel also offers free parking and Wifi. The breakfast selection is excellent with lots of different options to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near Winterberg ski resort, only a 20-minute drive away.

I had a great stay! The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were impressive. In addition to this, the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and convenient hours that gave me plenty of time to sleep in. The hotel also provided free parking and Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to stay connected and explore the city.

The hotel had a nice view from the room overlooking the center patio area. the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast offered a great variety of foods and had good service. the parking was free and had plenty of space.

The receptionist had poor knowledge of English which made communication difficult for non-native speakers.

Spent Xmas at a hotel that was great value for money! The breakfast hours went on until 10 am which was perfect for a lazy morning. We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and comfortable beds, and the room was very clean. Parking was available with plenty of free space, and the hotel uses high-quality towels.

The breakfast spread was impressive as there were many options to choose from. It is served until late so it is perfect for those who want to sleep in. The room was spacious and had a big bathroom. The window view was great as it overlooked a center patio area.

There was no electric kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room. This made it hard to have a hot drink in the morning or evening. Also, crossing the busy highway to get to breakfast was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was some traffic noise which could be heard from first floor rooms with windows facing the street.
